Among the top coaches in the country, your athlete will be working directly with former national team coaches, top collegiate programs as well as the the very best youth coaches in the country. The experience of these coaches span ten Olympic games and countless World Rowing and National Championships, which is all to say that top talent will be coaching ODP athletes.  They know how to develop talent, and they know how to win.

Mentor Coaches

Kris Korzeniowski

Kris Korzeniowski rowed competitively for 10 years in his native Poland, the same place where he also started his coaching career. First coaching juniors, then seniors and, in 1972, Kris joined the Polish Olympic.

Al Morrow has spent most of his life in rowing. As an athlete, his involvement culminated in 1976 when he was a member of the team that represented Canada at the Olympics in Montreal. The previous year he had won….

Jim is one of the sports true legends. He started rowing on Long Island Sound at the age of 16 and quickly rose into a national standout, rowing in his first Olympics in the summer of 1972.  Been to 6 Olympics

Mark Wilson began rowing as a walk-on athlete at the University of Wisconsin in 1986 and has been involved with the sport ever since.  Mark transferred to the Coast Guard Academy for the 1987-1989 years

Christine Wilson

Christine Wilson has extensive international coaching career spanning Olympic, university and school rowing. She was formerly assistant coach to the US women’s Olympic team, women’s head coach at Yale and Cornell….

Albert Monte is in his 7th season with the Dartmouth heavyweight rowing team as associate head coach. He came to Dartmouth from Lewisburg PA, where he was the head coach of the men’s rowing program at Bucknell.
